It was an examining magistrate from Charleville-Mézières who informed him of this indictment, after he spent the night from Wednesday to Thursday in a place kept secret.
The facts would date back to March 2017, when she was 14 years old
At the beginning of February, the gendarmes of the research section of Reims had heard him in police custody as part of a judicial investigation opened after the complaint of this little cousin, who accused Mr. Lelandais of sexual assault.
