The lawyer Juan Branco filed a complaint this Tuesday, March 3 in the morning for the theft of his computer the day before while he was dining, around 10:30 pm, in a restaurant on rue Lobineau, near the Parisian district of Mabillon (6th arrondissement).
The laptop was in a bag between his feet, he said. A computer hard drive is also said to have disappeared. Due to the sensitivity of the file, the case was assigned to the 3rd district of the Paris judicial police.
Information related to the Griveaux case
According to employees of the restaurant, investigators arrived this Tuesday morning to study the video surveillance recordings of the establishment. The lawyer explains in his complaint that the computer, secured by a password, contains information related to the case of the intimate video of Benjamin Griveaux.
The name of the lawyer Juan Branco appeared on the sidelines of the investigation into the dissemination of intimate images of the former candidate LREM for the mayor of Paris: he is indeed close to the Russian activist Piotr Pavlenski who acknowledged having broadcast the sequence.
