A 15-year-old girl was taken care of by the police of Limoges (Haute-Vienne) Tuesday, after the discovery of a call for help, scribbled on a word, and thrown by the window of the family apartment, located in the heart of the priority Bastide district in Limoges.
When the worker, working on a building site at the bottom of the building opens it, he reads this word, interspersed with spelling mistakes: "Help me please, called the police." I am forcibly married […] age: 15, please call as soon as possible! ! ! also called the scosial assistants that they came to pick me up, please call the police. "
The given name, surname and address allow the police to quickly get to the apartment. It is the mother who opens them. The teenager claims to have been hit by her father and tells her story. As a couple for some time, she would have accepted her boyfriend's marriage proposal for the first time. According to her, her parents, Kosovars by origin, from the Mitrovica region received a dowry of 15,000 euros paid by the family of the claimant.
"But the teenager reversed her decision, saying that she no longer wanted to marry and she was then beaten by her father with electric cables and treated with all the names," said a source close to the investigation.
“When we arrived, she was free to move. But traces of blows dating back several days were found on his legs and suggest that his version is plausible. An investigation into "willful violence by a person having authority" was opened and the Limoges public prosecutor's office issued an interim placement order in order to remove the adolescent from the family grip.
