Storm warning on the Seine-Saint-Denis security and intervention company (CSI 93). According to the Bobigny Prosecutor's Office, three of the four accused were also indicted for violence in meetings by a person holding public authority which resulted in total incapacity for work (ITT) of 1 to 10 days. Among these three officers, one was also charged with the unauthorized transport and possession of narcotic drugs (cannabis) and another for theft of a mobile phone.
Fifteen preliminary investigations
In accordance with the requisitions of the prosecution, the four police officers were placed under judicial control with in particular the obligation "not to go to the police premises of the department of Seine-Saint-Denis except as a complainant or accused "
In total, six police officers, aged 30 to 40, were placed in police custody on Monday at the premises of the IGPN. Two were released on Wednesday evening, said the Bobigny prosecution.
This procedure is only part of the scandal that splashes the CSI of Seine-Saint-Denis. The service is the subject of around fifteen preliminary investigations, running over the 2018-2019 period.
