The small car group is waking up with three new models - two of them hybrids

While the entire car market has shown an impressive recovery in July (dedication of orders that were before the second wave) - the flow of ships continues to bring us the new generations of familiar models - and new ones as well. This time the focus is on three brands.

Honda Jazz

An all-new generation of Honda Super Mini (pictured main) - with an up-to-date design that traditionally maximizes interior space and usability, a new cab and also an extensive safety system with 10 airbags and active assistance systems. In the field of propulsion, you will find a new hybrid system with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine in the center and two electric motors that produce a combined power of 109 hp and 25.3 kg. The propulsion system has three driving modes and a fairly good performance with 9.4 seconds per 100 km / h. Honda also noted the use of a new suspension system with components with low internal friction to improve comfort and driving experience - not missing the place of multimedia with a large screen and interface for Android and CarPlay.

Toyota Yaris

The old Yaris returns this month and like the Honda Jazz, this is an all-new generation. New chassis and 5 cm longer than the outgoing one (wheelbase), up-to-date design, much rounder and with a more dynamic message for a model that has been quite anemic since the sweet "T Sport". The cabin is also new and in the center you will find a "floating" multimedia screen that has been enlarged with a sturdy interface - a new safety system with auxiliary systems for the driver and new comfort equipment.

In the field of propulsion, there is a sturdy hybrid system in the center of which is a 1.5-liter 3-cylinder gasoline engine that produces 83 hp and 12 kg. This engine helps propel one electric motor with 80 hp and 14 kg. A second electric motor is not intended for propulsion but serves as a generator for charging the battery as well as a reinforced starter.

Kia Saltos

A new Jeep was born "Kia Saltos". Just to close a circle for you. Kia and Hyundai are ultimately the same company. Different branding and facing different audiences - this is the global approach - which in our country is a bit fuzzy in the battle between two competing importers.

But this family closeness creates different models that use the same components that go through - not always - a small "tweak" to give the customer the unique experience of the brand. Well Kia Saltus implements the familiar chassis of the Hyundai Kona. With the characteristic look and feel of the Kia and with an engine different from the one we get from Hyundai - probably an atmospheric 2.0 L.
