A Malaga company has created a device that allows you to experience up to 30 different sensations in real time while playing the game and in which big technology companies and the Spanish army are interested

For decades video games have been developing peripherals with which to make the experience more and more real and immersive. Car steering wheels, joysticks, pistols, vibrating controls ... in recent years virtual reality glasses have become popular, but a company from Malaga has wanted to go a step further. OWO has created an electrostimulation haptic jacket that together with these virtual reality devices allows you to experience up to 30 different sensations throughout the body so that that idea that seemed unattainable of “getting inside” the screen is getting closer and closer.

This second skin is wireless and compatible with PC, mobile or console. It is placed on the body and together with the virtual reality glasses now we not only see who shoots us in a shooter , we can also feel it in our body. According to its creators, there is nothing like it in the market, although companies such as the multinational Tesla are investigating in this line. In addition, they ensure that it is adaptable to any video game that exists on the market.

The idea of OWO is for it to be available by December and they are already holding meetings with some of the Silicon Valley giants, such as Facebook, who have been interested in this jacket. Their use, in fact, can go far beyond entertainment and even the Spanish army has contacted them to assess some form of implementation in tactical-military training.
