Fitness Trainer Lauren Simpson (@Laurensimpson)
A fitness trainer repelled the trolls on the net with a picture showing her impressive physique after she was accused of forging her pictures on social media.
When 30-year-old Lauren Simpson invited her 1.9 million followers on Instagram to ask questions in her story, one of the people asked, "Why are you posing in your pictures? You're so fake."
In response, the fitness trainer from Sydney uploaded a photo of herself in a red bikini and explained that she does poses and highlights muscles in some of her photos as part of her work.
Simpson, who says she prides herself on being very real online, has encouraged women to do what they want and stop worrying about other people's opinions.

"WHY DO YOU POSE IN YOUR PHOTOS? YOU ARE SO FAKE"?
- This was a question I got in my Q&A box recently.
So this is my reply….
- HONEY, do not be a hater.
- Yes I pose in my photos.
Yes I flex in some of my photos.
- I do photoshoots.
I am a bikini competitor - so I've learned over the years how to pose from top coaches for stage.
I create content for social media every day.
It's all part of it.
?? ♀️ - I like showing myself off in flattering angles or nailing poses that I know work for my body.
- I mean who does not ?? ♀️ ?? ♀️ - In saying that, I'm also not afraid to share no make up, not posed or flexed photos and videos.
- I think I'm a very genuine person on here and pride myself on that.
- POSED OR NOT, Why does that have to bother someone.
?
- POST THE DAMN PHOTO.??♀️ - Do not worry what others think.

The fitness trainer added that she also feels very comfortable being photographed without make-up, when she is not in front of a professional camera.
"I think I'm a very real person here, and I'm proud of it," she continued, "to be photographed in a certain pose or not, why it should bother someone. Just upload the picture, and not have to worry about what people think."
Tens of thousands of her followers were quick to agree with her, with many sending her messages of support and calling her an admirable figure.
"Yes, tell her that! Keep uploading amazing pictures to reach your goal. I love it," one wrote, and another added, "Let the haters hate, you are amazing."
