Coronavirus: 166 dead and 26,676 new cases in 24 hours

The coronavirus epidemic continues to hit France.

166 people have died in the Covid-19 hospital in the past 24 hours, bringing the toll to 34,048 deaths, according to data from Public Health France and the Ministry of Health published this Wednesday, October 21.

26,676 new cases were detected.

The day before, 20,468 people had tested positive.

In total, 957,421 positive tests have been diagnosed since the outbreak of the epidemic in France.
