While the fear of a third confinement is gaining in France, pressure is mounting on pharmaceutical laboratories, and in particular on Pfizer / BioNTech, to accelerate the pace.
The German-American duo's vaccine is the first to be approved in late December by Brussels, but Pfizer was forced to slow deliveries this week in Europe.
The time to increase the production capacities of its Belgian factory in Puurs, which serves the EU and Canada in particular, has defended the laboratory.
