Former US President Donald Trump will not be able to publish videos on YouTube in the future either.
The platform has extended its suspension indefinitely.
A YouTube spokesman announced on Wednesday that Trump's channel would remain blocked until further notice because of "concerns about the continuing potential for violence".
"Our teams remain vigilant and closely monitor every new development."
Older videos are still available on Trump's YouTube channel.
But the ban on new content goes beyond videos and live streams: The comment function on the channel is also deactivated.
The background is the storming of the Capitol by Trump supporters on January 6th.
Google's video service began a week after the attack on Congress to prevent the then-incumbent president from uploading new content because it was feared that Trump could call for further violence.
Trump has nearly 2.8 million subscribers on YouTube.
Last Thursday, the Google video service initially extended the ban on Trump for a week.
Previously, Twitter and Facebook, among others, had permanently blocked the respective accounts of the elected president.
Facebook has passed the decision to its new oversight board for review - so it's unclear whether it will last.
The committee may make decisions that are binding on Facebook, including the release of Trump's account.
But Trump and his campaign have also been banned from several other internet services, including Twitch, Snapchat and Shopify, which sold Trump merchandise.
YouTube's guidelines state that an account can be suspended for one week after the first breach and for two weeks after the second.
After a third violation, there is a risk of permanent closure of the channel.
Like Twitter, YouTube handed over the official White House channel ("The White House") to the new government after the inauguration of US President Joe Biden.
