The Mercedes 190 Evo II was a saloon that made history in DTM racing, and the road variant, made to have the homologation necessary to race, left its mark among enthusiasts, due to its uncompromising aesthetics. Built in 502 units, it is a decidedly rare car, but HWA has decided to make it current, creating its own interpretation that will be built in 100 units, the first of which will be ready for 2025. From the photos released you can see the stylistic connection with the original version, due to the bodywork all muscle, with wheel arches of exaggerated width, an important splitter, and a rear wing that recalls that of racing cars. The front and rear light clusters change, with light signatures in step with the times, and changes are also planned in terms of powertrain, suspension, chassis, aerodynamics, and safety, but specific data are not available at the moment. One thing, however, is clear, HWA's 190 Evo II will have a significant cost: 714,000 euros + VAT.
