The Ministry of Justice has just issued a new kidnapping alert.
“Neilylah, female, 1 month old” is wanted.
“The suspect is his mother Tracy (aka Chelsea) Ngoie, aged 21,” his mother, specifies the text of the alert broadcast shortly before 5 p.m., which indicates that “the child was kidnapped from the Meaux hospital center on January 18, 2024 between 7:35 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

The mother is described as "of African type, black eyes, black hair, of normal build, wearing a white T-shirt, gray pants and a red satin cap" and the girl as a "baby of African type, black curly hair, measuring 50 cm and weighing approximately 3 kg”.
