In order to provide solutions to the labor market and to help employers and job seekers, a new Israeli application called getjob was launched today (Tuesday) - and will try to help the Z and Y generations get work in a variety of fields.
The application is a product of the Israeli start-up company "Moaf Group" in collaboration with an American company, which came to the world with the desire to create an alternative to how people work in 2024. The technological solution will allow many businesses, which encounter the problem of employee availability, screening and recruitment bureaucracies, and more, an immediate solution that will allow young people to find temporary jobs suitable for them.
The system's algorithm matches the preferences of the employees with the job opportunities of the employers, and it automatically and digitally performs the employment process, while creating temporary and immediate connections,

"Mauf" employs more than 10 thousand workers throughout Israel in 47 branches nationwide.
Through the new application, the company wants to save time for businesses and employees by creating a complete ecosystem for both parties, while being the direct employer of the employees, who will benefit from multiple work options and in real time.
In addition, the method of payment to employees through the application will be carried out in the next step on a weekly and daily basis, instead of a monthly payment.
