These products are contaminated with listeria monocytogenes, the agent responsible for listeriosis.

In the case of yellow chicken wings sold by Volaille Française, lot 0244091521 is concerned. It was marketed under three different consumption dates: April 2, 3 and 4, 2024. The product comes in the form of one kilo trays, sold between March 24 and April 4, 2024.
These lots were sold in Carrefour and Leclerc in the following departments: Aisne, Alpes-Maritimes, Bouches-du-Rhône, Charente, Charente-Maritime, Côte-d'Or, Haute-Garonne, Gironde, Landes, Loire, Lot, Sarthe, Paris, Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines, Vienne, Haute-Vienne, Essonne, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-d'Oise. Concerning Sélection du Volailler products, batch 0244091521 is concerned. The products were sold between March 23 and April 1, 2024 in the Leclerc store in Orthez, New Aquitaine. Its expiration date is April 1, 2024.

People who have consumed these products mentioned and who present with fever, isolated or accompanied by headaches, and body aches, “are invited to consult their doctor and report this consumption. Serious forms with neurological complications and maternal or fetal damage in pregnant women can also sometimes occur,” indicates Rappel Conso.
“Pregnant women as well as immunocompromised people and the elderly should be particularly attentive to these symptoms. Listeriosis is a disease that can be serious and has an incubation period of up to eight weeks,” specifies the government website.
Rappel Conso recommends destroying the products concerned, and specifies that a refund will be offered to the consumer. To do this, you must contact 0233303400.
