Delin is definitely not the only one who made the transition between the sexes from human to dog. A Japanese man, who calls himself Toko, recently spent over $15,000 on a hyper-realistic collie dog costume to fulfill his lifelong dream of being a Lassie.
In Germany there are over 1,000 people who prefer to be known as man's best friends and not as humans, and they gathered in September 2023 at the train station near Potsdamer Platz in Berlin for a mass meeting and dog games. Delin also enjoys the company of others who participate with her in her canine madness. "I have therapists," she explained when asked if she had a boyfriend. "They're a bit like dog trainers. They feed me, take me for walks, we exercise, which is one of my favorite things because I get treats," she said, detailing that the snacks she gets from them are often ground chicken, biscuits and dried meat.

"I don't focus on other people and their reactions to me because I'm so in the moment of just chasing the ball, being a dog," Delin said of the shock of her actions when living as a dog in public.
