Two new members of Donald Trump's campaign team who helped organize his meeting in Tulsa, Oklahoma, tested positive for Covid-19, the latter announced on Monday. The two were present at the meeting " but wore masks for the duration of the meeting," said Tim Murtaugh, spokesperson for the president's campaign team. " As soon as the results were known, the quarantine and tracing procedures were immediately put in place, " he added.

A few hours before the start of the meeting, Saturday evening, his team announced that six of their members had tested positive. The organization of this rally caused a lively controversy, many worrying about the health consequences of such a crowd due to the non-respect of the rules of physical distancing.
