Judicial administration for the private shipping company Caronte & Tourist which deals with the ferry between the Calabrian and Sicilian shores of the Strait of Messina

This was ordered by the Prevention Measures Section of the Court of Reggio Calabria at the request of the Public Prosecutor of Reggio Calabria directed by Giovanni Bombardieri.
The measure against the company, which is valued at 500 million euros, was carried out by the Reggio anti-mafia investigation department.
The operation was called "Scilla e Cariddi".
The accusation, for the company, is to have facilitated exponents of the 'Ndrangheta.
