Author of dozens of books, Boualem Sansal has notably published “Le Serment des barbares” (Gallimard, 1999), “Le Village de l'Allemand or Le Journal des frères Schiller” (Gallimard, 2008), awarded four prizes, "2084. The End of the World ”(Gallimard, 2015), grand prize for the novel from the Académie française, and“ Le Train d'Erligen or La Métamorphose de Dieu ”(Gallimard, 2019). Last novel to appear: “Abraham ou La Cinquième alliance” (Gallimard, coll. “Blanche”, 2020, 288 p., € 21).
