The Ministry of Transport today launched from its stand at the 61st Damascus International Fair a new interactive electronic service that enables citizens to access a number of necessary and important services provided by the ministry.
Director of the Ministry of Transport's wing, Rasha Dalal, pointed out the most important advantages and flexibility of the application in the relationship with the citizen and the introduction of services, prices, time and documents required for all transactions in all transparency and clarity for those who wish to see them.
The application allows, according to Dalal, direct and at all times a package of comprehensive services for the sectors of land, air, rail and sea transport such as inquiring about a vehicle and tickets on board Syrian Air and flight schedules and emergency changes on them and the starting dates of trains and the results of applicants for driving licenses and services of transport directorates with the time of transaction and fees as well Communicate with the ministry and receive complaints, suggestions and others
According to Dalal, the application includes all the services provided by the Ministry to citizens in detail “starting from the documents required to conduct the service and how to conduct the financial fees in each case and the expected time to implement them” pointing out that the application will be continuously developed to reach the provision of the best services and speed with all transparency and accuracy to achieve comfort Citizen.
There are nine icons in the application "news and guide services, traffic, trips, legislation and laws and the results of the examination of driving licenses and the Ministry and the vision and investment opportunities and inquire about the vehicle and complaints and proposals."
