Oil prices fell today after strong gains made last week.
Brent crude fell 34 cents, or 0.4 percent, to $ 61.79 a barrel after gaining more than 4 percent last week, its strongest weekly performance since September 20, Reuters reported.
US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude fell 27 cents, or 0.5 percent, to $ 56.39 a barrel, after rising more than 5 percent last week, also its highest weekly gain since Sept. 20.
