For more than 20 years, Steve has worked as an executive at McDonald's, since 2015 as a boss. Now he has to go - the father of three children had taken in with an employee.

MC Donalds exchanges his boss: Steve Easterbrook have left the company, said the fast food chain. The board had previously concluded that Easterbrook's recent relationship with a female employee violated company rules and was a sign of poor judgment.

Easterbrook joined McDonald's' UK in 1993 and became the leader of the UK and later the Northern Europe market. In 2011 he left the company and headed PizzaExpress, then Wagamama. In 2013 he returned to McDonald's. He has been at the top of the fast food chain since 2015. Easterbrook is divorced and father of three children.

His successor at McDonald's is according to the company Christopher "Chris" Kempczinski, who since 2017, the US business with about 14,000 stores was responsible.
