The headquarters of the union, at odds with the CGT in full negotiations on the pension reform, had already been targeted Friday afternoon.

A new intrusion took place Monday at the headquarters of the CFDT, led by "fifteen people in hoods" who cut the electricity for "a few minutes", announced the confederation. An action claimed by CGT Energy unions in Ile-de-France.

The action is the fact of a dozen CGT Energy unions of Ile-de-France (Paris, 91, 93, 94, 95, 77, 78, Ouest IDF and Bagneux), said Cathy Fléchard of CGT Energy Paris, three days after a first intrusion by activists opposed to the pension reform.

Friday afternoon, "a few dozen individuals" had entered "violently" into union premises, had denounced his boss, Laurent Berger. The rowdies were members of the “SNCF-RATP coordination”, which includes in particular members of the CGT, SUD, UNSA as well as non-union members.

A few dozen individuals broke into the premises of the Cfdt confederation this afternoon. They verbally and physically assaulted CFDT employees. We condemn this act and we will not be intimidated.

The CGT had moreover ensured "not to endorse this type of action", while recalling that "each trade union organization is free of its mode of operation, its orientation and its demands". Following this intrusion, Laurent Berger also announced Monday morning the upcoming filing of a complaint on the set of RMC and BFMTV.
