The activities of the 40th International Tourism and Travel Fair “Vitor 2020” was opened in Madrid, Spain, with the participation of Syria.
The Spanish Queen Letizia today launched the exhibition activities that will continue until the 26th of this month with the participation of more than 11,000 companies from 165 regions and countries, including Syria.
Al-Farah invited the Spanish economic institutions, investors, and local and international tourism agencies to visit Syria in order to know the reality of the tourism and investment reality in it, especially in the reconstruction phase.
For its part, Eng. Naela Chahoud, Director of Aleppo Tourism, confirmed that participating in the Vitor exhibition is a message of love and peace from the cradle of civilizations and peace to the world, inviting the Spanish cultural and tourism institutions to visit Syria, learn about civilization in it and contribute to its tourism and cultural activities that are carried out with the participation of Arab and foreign institutions.
The opening was attended by the Syrian ambassador in Madrid, Samir Al-Quseir, and a number of the Syrian community in Spain.
It is noteworthy that the Vitor exhibition is considered the most important and largest international tourism exhibition, as major tourism companies and events around the world participate in it.
