The General Authority for Taxes and Fees announced that it would continue through the directorates of finance in the governorates to grant partial clearance to importers for submission to the directorates of the economy and foreign trade with a view to obtaining import licenses.
In a statement posted on its website, the authority asked the financial directorates in the governorates to provide all possible facilities to complete the import operations at the maximum speed, under the supervision of the central administration in the authority.
The Director General of the Commission, Munther and Nus, affirmed in a statement to SANA representative their full readiness with the financial directorates to address the conditions of the imported importers in order to secure basic commodities for the local market and raw materials as needed.
Wanous said that partial clearance is granted to importers once per year with the aim of completing their transactions in economic directorates, pointing out that the authority continues to provide all possible facilities to importers, in addition to partial clearance, the possibility of them to pay all the obligations incurred by them to facilitate their work.
