In Chelles, in Seine-et-Marne, it reopened. The traders accuse the blow of the fall of activity.


Obviously, the atmosphere is not there. Neither outside nor inside. Outside, the municipal police check the certificates, filter access. No more than a hundred people. A spray of hydroalcoholic gel in the palm of the hands is offered at the entrance, another at the exit. Inside, it's dark like a winter morning. All but two access doors are closed.

It is a market where we no longer stroll. We park between the lines marked on the ground at a distance of one meter and we follow the arrows. The traffic route is imposed. It looks like Ikea, but here, no U-turn possible. At least one in every two slots is empty. The haberdashery and florists repacked on March 15. The multi-retailed pork butcher for his head cheese, white ham and black pudding threw in the towel when the confinement was announced. Its large stall is frozen under the tarps.
