Are the European “coronabonds” permanently buried?

The agreement concluded between finance ministers of the euro zone remains marked by the divide between the north and the south of the continent, struck by the coronavirus.


THE QUESTION. After the agreement on an economic action plan applauded by all the finance ministers of the euro zone, Thursday evening, everyone sees noon at their door.
