" 15 days ago, all that did not exist. When the Covid-19 hit, we wondered how we were going to be able to return to work safely, ”Max Rougeaux, from TechnoAlpin France, a snowmaker manufacturing company for ski areas, told AFP.

The headquarters of this group of 750 employees, located in Bolzano in northern Italy, had to close during confinement. Its subsidiary EmiControls, specialized in spraying by fogger (to cut down dust in a quarry or a mine, fight against odors in a reprocessing plant) has adapted its technology so that it fogs a disinfectant solution, of sanitary quality. In addition, its teams have invented a " disinfection tunnel " which will allow companies, whose premises have been disinfected, to control the entry of employees or visitors.

First disinfection in France

" The Italian authorities have enabled the resumption of activity, recognized as being in the public interest, " said Vincent Guillet, in charge of marketing EmiControls solutions for France, from the Lyon region. The technique has already been implemented indoors, at the TechnoAlpin Spa production site in Bolzano, as well as in the production workshops of Pichler Projects srl (metal constructions) and the warehouses of the logistician FERCAM, still in Bolzano.

A first disinfection in France took place on Wednesday at the industrialist Kässborher in Albertville (Savoie), in his workshop of grooming machines and a storage area for spare parts. " A service at around 2,000 euros for 1,600 m2, completed in 20 minutes, " explains Mr. Guillet, who was contacted by " local authorities, a metro manager, rather industrial companies ".

The tunnels (with a commercial cost of 13,000 euros) interest them, supermarkets, stadium managers or managers of exhibitions / performance halls who try to imagine an " after ". A dozen have already been ordered in Italy, Germany, Russia and South Korea.
