Every day, Le Parisien mobilizes to answer your questions around the coronavirus. Today we are interested in the questioning of "limam591", who asks us if he can follow an internship or training 800 kilometers from his home.
Since the beginning of the deconfinement on May 11, to be able to move over a distance of more than 100 km, you must justify having a "compelling reason", whether family or professional.
Seven types of reason are listed in the decree of May 11, “prescribing the general measures necessary to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic in the context of the state of health emergency”. It includes, in particular, "journeys between the place of residence and the school" and "journeys necessary to go to exams or competitions".
Training certificate
Asked whether this also applied to a training course, the national police replied that yes, provided they have the training certificate and the travel certificate allowing them to travel over 100 km.
Once there, if you do not have proof of your name of the accommodation where you live and are traveling by car, you can present a certificate on the honor of the people with whom you are staying.
