The five organizations representative of the sector (CGT, FO, CFDT, SUD and UNSA) expressed " their questions " to Olivier Véran after his announcement Sunday in the press of a large multilateral meeting of social partners in the ministry Monday, May 25, for a plan " this summer ".
Wage negotiations
“ Having not been consulted ” before, “ nor informed to date ” on this initiative, the unions “ demand real and sincere negotiations ” including their “ claim themes ” (salaries, staff, careers, beds, budgets ... ).
To begin, they await " the communication of the ministerial roadmap including the content of these negotiations ", as well as " a method agreement (...) specifying the social agenda and calendar ".
Finally, they hope that these discussions will open with " the only representative organizations ", which in principle excludes the Inter-Emergency and Inter-Hospital collectives, spearheading the protests of healthcare workers for more than a year.
