In April, net inflows on the Livret, a very popular investment in France, reached 5.47 billion euros compared to 2.71 billion in March. A year earlier, it had risen to just under two billion. This situation, already noticed in March, had worried the government. " It is not savings that we need today for our economy, but investment, " said Minister of Economy and Finance Bruno Le Maire.
