The Government confirmed yesterday that the second round of the $ 10,000 bond delivered by Anses will begin to be collected on June 8 . The payments will span five weeks and the agency's intention is to get the 9 million beneficiaries to open a bank account if they don't already have one. At the beginning of the quarantine, half of these people did not have such a service.

To collect the second batch of the Emergency Family Income (IFE) , the benefit provided by the government to assist the most unprotected sectors in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic it is not necessary to re-register . Those who were qualified for the first batch are automatically included in the second, which will also be for $ 10,000. There are 8.3 million people in this condition. And another 800,000 cases that are being reviewed by Anses for administrative errors or for lack of choice of payment location. Thus the 9 million are rounded.

Outside of this universe, other people can no longer join this bonus.

Who will charge first? As detailed by Anses, on June 8 the holders of the Universal Child Allowances (AUH) and the Universal Pregnancy Assignment (AUE) whose documents end in zero will receive. That day these people will receive the two assets together: that of the AUH or AUE and the $ 10,000 of the IFE.

From there and until June 22, payments will be staggered for those who are included in the AUH and AUE who in all cases will collect the two benefits at the same time.

From June 23 until July 6, the beneficiaries who chose to collect by Clave Bancaria Uniforme (CBU) will be deposited, that is, they already have a bank account. And those beneficiaries who have CBU but had opted for another collection system when choosing a payment method will also be paid on account .

In the middle between this Tuesday and this Wednesday, those who do not have a bank account and receive the benefit in the offices of Correo Argentino will finish collecting the first batch of the bond . Specifically, this Tuesday it is up to those who have a DNI ending in 9 and the initial of the last name is between A and L. And on Wednesday they will collect the documents that end in 9 and the last name goes from M to Z. Until on Saturday there were almost a million people who had not yet charged the first batch.

Tuesday will also be a day of collection at the window in bank branches for holders of Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) who must collect their June credit with documents ending in 2 and 3.

Yesterday, when announcing the second round of the bond, the head of Anses Fernanda Raverta indicated that one of the organisation's objectives is to advance the bankarization of the beneficiaries. For this the payment network will be extended with new mouths. By provision of the Central Bank, all banking entities will from now on be obliged to accept the retirees and beneficiaries of social plans that the Anses derives from them. This seeks to streamline payments and decompress the few branches that today pay this kind of assets.

In the case of retirements,  payments are concentrated in five banks : Nación (25.3% of all clients), Supervielle (13%), Buenos Aires Province (8.7%), Macro (7.2% ) and Piano (6.2%).
