The main index of the Damascus Securities Exchange, at the end of trading for the second week of June, increased by 279.30 points from last week, boosted by the positive results of shares of 11 companies with the release of financial results for the last year for a number of companies and closed at a value of 6,781,86 points, with a positive change of 4.30 percent.

The index of leading shares, burdened by free shares, DLX increased by 34.17 points, by 3.05 percent, and closed at 1152,752 points.

And recorded this week 21 companies trading its shares, reaching a volume of 893,945 shares, distributed between 931 deals, with a total value of 752.4 million pounds.

The market witnessed changes to the shares of 16 companies, of which the shares of 11 companies, Al Aqeelah Takaful Insurance Company, increased by 12.74 percent and closed at the price of 410.94 pounds and the Ahlia Vegetable Oils Company by 10.4 percent and closed at the price of 447.73 pounds and the Bemo Saudi Fransi Bank by 13.30 percent and closed at the price of 879 pounds and a bank Al-Baraka, by 12.61 percent, closed at the price of 19,1384 pounds, and the Bank of Syria and Overseas, by 61.8 percent, and closed at the price of 675 pounds.

Among the shares that recorded an increase this week for Al-Sham Bank by 11.01 percent and closed at the price of 71.990 pounds and France 10.9 percent and closed at a price of 419.36 pounds and the International Bank for Trade and Finance by 6 06 percent and closed at the price of 595 pounds and Qatar National Bank by 13.37 percent and closed at the price of 487 pounds and a bank East by 4, 97 percent, and closed at the price of 50 ر 862 pounds, and the International Bank of Syria 30.6 percent, and closed at the price of 61,729 pounds.

As for the five low shares, they return to Al-Badia Cement by 54.5 percent and closed at the price of 1035 pounds and Bank Audi by 2 percent and closed at the price of 686.50 pounds and Byblos Bank by 1.90 percent and closed at the price of 507,377 pounds and the Arab Bank by 97.1 percent and closed at the price of 384 pounds and the Bank of Jordan share by 1.90 Percent and closed at the price of 387.50 pounds.

The shares of the other 11 companies listed in the market did not record any change in their prices and closed equal to the previous closing prices.
