While mobile banks, such as Revolut or N26 are attracting more and more French people, Société Générale is evolving its banking application. Like the apps of new generation banks, the future version, launched from Wednesday, wants to be simpler, more modern and will even include advice. The bank thus has a chatbot connected to the accounts. And customers will be able to participate in live broadcasts ("video lives") with advisers answering their questions.
Société Générale indicates above all seeking to deepen the use of its app by existing customers. "We are targeting double-digit growth in the number of connections," said Philippe Amestoy, director of the network, on Monday.

The establishment with the red and black logo also wants to encourage its 3.5 million digital customers (both on the Internet and on mobile) to carry out more online shopping. "We have strong ambitions in terms of e-commerce via this application"
