Oil prices fell today with growing fears that the recovery in fuel demand will stop in light of the increase in Coronavirus infections worldwide.
According to Reuters, global benchmark Brent crude fell 11 cents, or 0.03 percent, to 42.3 dollars, while US crude recorded $ 39.69 a barrel, losing 14 cents, or 0.4 percent.
Oil had fallen sharply in April and May during the suspension of activities due to the outbreak of the Coruna virus.
