Societe Generale announced Tuesday the takeover of Shine, an online bank - or neobank - specializing in this market. The price has not been announced. Created two years ago, Shine has 70,000 customers. This young shoot will continue to operate independently and its offer (100% online) will also be distributed by Société Générale.
