The judge of summary procedure of the Council of State suspended Monday the decree of June 14 establishing an authorization of demonstration but maintained the prohibition of the gatherings of more than 5.000 people in view of the sanitary situation.

The administrative judge, who was notably seized by several unions, considers that "there is a serious doubt" on the fact that this new procedure (of authorization), introduced in a decree of June 14, "does not carry a disproportionate attack freedom to demonstrate. "
