Between 60 and 65% of employees are still in partial activity (80% during confinement), according to executive director general Edward Arkwright. A collective performance agreement usually involves lowering wages or increasing working hours, while an RCC supervises voluntary departures.

Regarding the number of positions that could be cut, " we absolutely want to give every chance to negotiation, " said AFP Edward Arkwright, according to whom " the objective is to preserve the maximum employment, skills and to save this structure ”. " Without being set in stone, " management intends to conclude negotiations " by the end of September, " he added.
