Last week, the National Assembly adopted, at first reading, the third draft amending budget which was presented to it this year. But it was long! And not only because parliamentary work has been suspended to allow the reshuffle to pass. The atmosphere changed a lot in three months. At the end of March, the first PLFR (amending finance bill) had been voted, in the same terms, in three days by the Assembly and the Senate - under very specific conditions due to confinement - in the name of the emergency .

This time, without calling into question the essential sectoral aid measures which were proposed to them, the deputies discussed the text step by step, and the Senate will do the same very soon. These discussions give clues to the four hot topics that are and above all that will debate the recovery, including among the majority.
