Babilou Family, the leader in corporate nurseries in Europe, changes its reference shareholder, with the arrival of the Antin Partners investment fund in its capital. This entry takes place without any capital increase or shareholder exit, despite the sale of securities.

The Carle brothers, founders of the company, remain in the capital, as do the Raise and TA Associates funds. But they left their position as the largest shareholder of Babilou Family to Antin Partners, while continuing to lead the company and retaining their position as co-chairmen of the board of directors.
