The airline company has planned to buy two 737 MAX planes and asked for an option for two additional aircraft, details a press release from the American aircraft manufacturer. The group receives this order "with humility," said its sales manager for commercial aircraft, Ihssane Mounir. The plane has been banned from flying since March 2019 after two fatal crashes but it recently came closer to its return to the sky with a series of certification flights in late June. The authorities have not yet given the green light and the group has warned that it would not resume delivery at best until the fourth quarter. According to a monthly report published on August 11, the aircraft manufacturer has received 398 cancellations of the 737 MAX since the start of the year.

"The best plane in the world"

"As a result of the rigorous checks that the 737 MAX undergoes, I have no doubts that it will be the best aircraft in the world for many years to come," Enter Air general manager Grzegorz Polaniecki said in the press release. The group, which already had two 737 MAX aircraft in its fleet, also entered into a compensation agreement with Boeing. The two companies do not disclose the terms, indicating only that it provides for the postponement of deliveries of devices.
