A resident of Nablus, Ibrahim Hamuda, an importer who trades in spare parts and car accessories, was brought before the Magistrate's Court in Rishon Lezion this week on suspicion of smuggling about two tons of tobacco in order to evade paying tax worth over NIS 2.8 million.
