Boeing said on Tuesday it had detected a third manufacturing defect on the Dreamliner 787, after two problems already detected, and will "
take the time to thoroughly examine
" all the aircraft that have not yet been delivered.

These additional inspections should "
affect the delivery schedule of the 787 in the short term,
" said the American aircraft manufacturer in a message sent to AFP.
