Two weeks later, a verdict in the dispute between the Munich Augustiner landlord Christian Vogler and the Bavarian Insurance Chamber (VKB) could follow.

63 proceedings are pending in Munich alone.

The responsible judge, Susanne Laufenberg, made it clear at the end of July that she did not follow the insurers' arguments on key points.
