After distribution and energy, the Casino group takes on the new investor hat.
He recently acquired a stake in three agribusiness start-ups, whose development potential he considers promising.
In exchange for a minority stake, Casino advises and supports these young shoots in their development.
Since the beginning of September, it has been distributing their products in some of its stores.
Magic Bean, Elsy and Vitaline are the first three companies selected by the group.
The first offers dishes prepared from
“extra-tender”
vegetable meat
, the second chocolate balls up to 90% less sweet than ordinary confectionery, and the third bars and complete meals in liquid form, rated A through Nutri-score.
