We had two big surprises.
The first is that the efficiency of remote work is formidable, a fortiori in teams where we know each other very well.
In particular, we observed more rigor at a distance, punctuality, spirit of synthesis and also more inclusiveness.
In a remote meeting, shy people speak more and we avoid the meeting where only certain egos speak.
