The Real Estate Bank announced that it is currently completing the networking procedures with the Syrian Company for Electronic Payments to provide electronic payment services to the bank’s clients, indicating that it has managed to complete the programmatic phase related to the bank’s services.
Dr. Madian Ali, the bank’s general manager, assured in a statement to a SANA representative that the networking operations of the Syrian electronic payments are going well, while the bank’s technicians and technicians conduct daily initial tests and address the problems that arise on the network as an advanced stage of the connection process has been reached.
Ali pointed out that all real estate services related to electronic payment of electricity, water and telephone bills will be in service within a month through bank accounts, the website and the mobile application, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance to expedite the completion of these services.
Last July, the Commercial Bank of Syria announced the launch of electronic payment services through the bank cards issued by it, through its new website and mobile phone application, after completing the process of linking with the Syrian Electronic Payments Company to complete these services.
Last April, the Syrian Company for Electronic Payments announced the launch of electronic payment services for fixed telephone and electricity bills in Damascus and its countryside, and all service fees for transport directorates in the governorates by linking the issuers of bills and fee-collectors on one side and operating banks on the other hand.
