Katholing:

We come to help save the company together with management.

Restructuring, refurbishing and finding a future solution for the "patient": We consider this to be our main task.

That is our corporate philosophy.

To the people

Michael Pluta, 70, is a specialist lawyer for insolvency law and the founder and managing director of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH.

Marcus Katholing, 53, is a graduate in business administration and managing director of PLUTA Management GmbH.
