Gold fell today, recording its third consecutive weekly loss.
Reuters reported that gold fell in spot trading 0.1 percent to 1809.40 dollars an ounce, with a weekly decrease of 3.2 percent, while US futures contracts increased 0.1 percent to 1807 dollars.
Among other precious metals, silver fell 1 percent to $ 23.22 an ounce, platinum fell 1.3 percent to $ 949.5, and palladium rose 0.4 percent to $ 2391.7.
