According to Federal Minister of Economics Peter Altmaier, the stagnant November aid will soon flow.
"We already have over 100,000 applications, and these are processed very quickly and consistently," said the CDU politician in the RTL / ntv program "Frühstart".
In around 90 percent of the direct applications from solo self-employed persons, the down payments have already been initiated, said the minister.
In the case of applications via tax advisors, it is around 75 percent.
"If there are suggestions as to what can be improved and accelerated, we are very happy to receive them," said Altmaier.
It will also be checked whether the advance payments could be increased in certain cases: "Markus Söder rightly mentioned that these advance payments are not sufficient in many cases in larger companies and medium-sized companies with ten to 30 employees," said the Minister.
The deputy chairman of the FDP parliamentary group in the Bundestag, Michael Theurer, is more critical of Altmaier's performance: "The Novemberhilfe shows that the state is neither quick nor unbureaucratic," it complained.
»The term December aid is actually correct!
The money arrives at the factories much too late. "
