The Russian Oil Company (Rosneft) announced the registration of a third energy field in the official records, which was recently discovered in the Kara Sea in the Arctic Ocean.
Russia Today quoted the company as saying that the field's reserves of natural gas are estimated at 514 billion cubic meters, and reserves of condensate at about 53 million tons, noting that the field was discovered during exploration drilling in the license area (Vostuchino Brinovuzlimskoy 2) and the company named it the famous military commander Marshal Rokosovsky .
This discovery was preceded by the announcement of the discovery of two other gas and condensate fields, the first, the Pobeda field, with gas reserves estimated at 422 billion cubic meters, and the second, the Marshall Zhukov field, with reserves estimated at 800 billion cubic meters.
